Financial obligations

Now that you have chosen to sign up with CT Fertility, your $2,000 sign-up fee is due.  Click here to access the deposit form.  If you are using an egg donor, half of your balance will be due at the time of donor matching and the remaining half will be due before your donor starts her medications.  If you are using a gestational carrier and your eggs, half of your balance will be due upon receipt of the financial, and the remaining half will be due prior to beginning medications.  For your convenience, funds can be paid via credit card or wire transfer.  Finance programs are also available.  Please direct any questions regarding costs and/or payments to Cathy Ochs.
