CT Fertility hails the passage of landmark legislation in Connecticut that would require most insurance companies to provide coverage of infertility diagnosis and treatment.
Bill highlights:
- Lifetime maximum benefit of 4 cycles of ovulation induction
- Lifetime maximum benefit of 3 cycles of intrauterine insemination (IUIs).
- Lifetime maximum benefit of 2 cycles of In Vitro fertilization (IVF).
- Age Requirement - under 40 years old.
