Egg donation program fees

At CT Fertility we understand that family building goals are highly personal and variable, that your approach will depend on your specific short- and long-term dreams and resources, and that financing your journey can be stressful and challenging.

Therefore, to help with the financial burden, in 2013 CT Fertility reduced its costs by 15%; introduced a broader and far more affordable range of IVF and egg donation programs; and added several other features which emphasize success, transparency, affordability and risk-sharing. We also offer several creative financing options to help you get started sooner than later.

Stemming from the quality and robustness of our in-house egg donor program, CT Fertility is the only egg donation clinic in the US that promises a guaranteed number of eggs, gives immediate access to back-up eggs, and controls cost through unlimited cycle packages and progressive discounts. Our goal and motto --  ‘your family, your way’ -- means giving you access to what you truly need based on your specific goals and circumstances, so that you can build the family that is right for you while reducing the cost and emotional burden of having many “extra” eggs or embryos that often go unused.

Range of options

Clients who require both IVF and egg donation treatments can choose between single and unlimited cycle options, using an outside donor (often family or friend) or one who is matched and screened by CT Fertility; unshared or shared cycles; fresh or frozen eggs of various guaranteed quantities (5, 10 or 15); and even free embryos that other families donate. You only access what you want and need, and your fees are assigned accordingly.

The lower end affordable plans offer frozen embryos or limited (fresh or frozen) egg sharing options that range from $9,900 to $19,500. At the other end of the spectrum, our unlimited comprehensive IVF package involves a one-time flat fee of $48,500 that includes everything—all first time egg donor-related fees, all medications, all IVF fees, and unlimited IVF and embryo transfers (fresh or frozen) until you are successful.

Other built-in assurances

Common to all of our plans are other unique features meant to help reduce uncertainties and help control the overall costs – our guaranteed number of eggs, automatic access to back-up eggs (at no additional costs), and automatic progressive discounts.

With our promise of a guaranteed number of eggs, if your donor does not yield the expected number of eggs (see this table), and you run out of viable embryos before you get pregnant, CT Fertility will then supplement the difference (at no charge) to create additional embryos. These eggs can come either from our pool of cycling donors or our Donor Egg Bank.

Automatic progressive discounts are also offered on frozen embryo transfers to people who do not choose the unlimited transfers plans, as an alternative means to assure their peace of mind. Thus if they do not become pregnant on their first or second attempt, they are automatically offered a 50% discount on their next frozen embryo treatment, and subsequently get all their embryo transfers for free until they have a baby or run out of embryos
