Dear Patient,

After 25 joyous years of helping our patients fulfill their dreams of family, CT Fertility is no longer seeing patients.

If you currently have sperm, embryos or oocytes stored in our facility, rest assured our lab manager is on site to monitor all genetic material and coordinate transport to a new facility. If you have not yet informed us of where you would like your genetic material sent, please contact us at and we will assist you in this process. Additionally, we will absorb the transport cost of any specimens in our care to a new practice or longterm cryostorage.

For recommendations on long-term cryostorage please refer to our FAQ page.

If you would like to obtain a copy of your medical records, or if there are any other questions you may have, please reach out to us at and we will guide you through this time of transition.

We thank you for entrusting us with your family-building needs and are honored to have been a part of your journey. We wish you the greatest success in all of your future family building efforts!

With gratitude,
CT Fertility Staff
